When you go to book your driving test you need to take account of the new rules before booking it.

1. Only the student can book their driving test now
2. Only the student can manage the test
3. A test can now only be changed twice
4. You can only move your test to a new test centre near to where you origionally booked
5. Changing the date, time, test centre or swapping with another learner counts as one of your changes
